New Apple iPod Touch uses A5 processors

Apple has released some more information about your new iPod Touch, and it seems that the device uses an Apple A5 processor with a clock speed of 800 MHz This means that the new iPod Touch should offer performance similar to Apple's iPhone 4S.

The Japanese website Otakara Mac has released some screenshots of the application of state of the system in the new iPod Touch, and some new player specifications have been revealed.

The new iPod Touch has a resolution 1136 x 640 pixels with a pixel density of 326 pixels per inch, which means the screen is the same as in the new iPhone 5, but the new iPod Touch has a smaller battery of 930 mAh.

Apple is expected to begin selling its new iPod Touch in the coming weeks, but have not given an exact release date yet, their website still shows' distribution in October.
