The French manufacturer Archos has introduced a new product this week in the form of the Archos Arnova GBook, which is designed to provide users with an Android tablet eReader stylish.
The Archos Arnova GBook running under the operating system Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) from Google, and is equipped with a TFT capacitive touch screen of 7 inches, sporting a resolution of 800 x 400 pixels.
The Archos Arnova GBook eReader Android 4.0 is powered by a 1 GHz ARM Cortex-A8, supported by 1 GB of RAM and is equipped with 4 GB of internal storage for media, with expansion capability provided through a microSD card slot.
Although the tablet runs Android GBook of Google, which has no access to Google Play store, which could be a problem for some users.
The battery provides up GBook Arnova 7 hours of video playback and 8 hours of life in read mode. No information on pricing or worldwide availability yet.
